The HIPERDIAS Project have submitted D5.1 - Design of the Multipass Amplifier, which is a public deliverable and will be readily available on the HIPERDIAS and CORDIS Website. This deliverable provides an outline of the design for the thin-disk multipass amplifier.
The initial goal of the multipass amplifier is to amplify the pulses of the 50W Laser System to 500W. This will be developed and be used on the upgraded 200W Laser System, which will then ampifier them to 1kW.
